I was wondering if and when or if possible, SupG's twx v. 2.02 scripts will be converted to 2.03, that would be bad@$$. Hoping someone knew anything. Thanks,

Last i heard Supg wasn't going to up them to 2.03. Get a hold of TheWabbit about the twx script converter it works well on upping scripts to 2.03

You can recompile the source to 2.03, however there seems to be some issues with the worldPtrade script.

i used his world planet tade with TWX 2.03 in corpwars worked fine if you use swath make sure haggle is off otherwise it will cause a fly out.

his script pack has most everything in source so it can be recompiled in 2.03 with no problems.

It will occasionally fail ports and freeze on a wait/trigger.

You have the source for them, just fix it

Unfortunately the reason it fails is, well... confusing to say the least. I do have a slightly patched version somewhere, but one of those experimental "I haven't had enough time to test" kindof things... but it does seem to work in the few cases I've used it. There are better coders than I on here and it'd be nice to get some feedback on stuff like this so "fixes" don't come off looking like a bad hack job.

I believe SupG said that this script was never finished so it’s probably an error that has carried over from when he originality put the script together.

The problem you are referring to will not get you killed it just makes the script stop it shouldn’t be that big of a problem the only time you use a world planet trade is when you want to grab a bunch of MCIC’s this should not be your major money making script if it stalls in the middle just fire it back up and let it finish its path it could be a lot worse of a problem.

Nah, it won't get you killed. It can if you're running the wrong scripts with it, as anything that sends an SS message can cause it to lose track and send you warping.

As for world planet trading, yea... it's not a good money making script. Useful only to sell of product for the purpose of getting cash to up ports later, or to grab MCICs like you said. It's an easy mod to adapt it from a "world" ptrade to a "list" ptrade, tho. The "stalling" is a bit troublesome tho when it hits 3 or 4 ports right in a row and stalls on them all.

I know someone who has a very very good ptrade who minght be talked into posting it at Grimys if there was intrest. Oh wait thats me.
