This is a major update to my TWXproxy Passive Gridding Script.

Addressed all previously reported bugs.
- Now strips out "M" and "B" as well as "T" for the fig refresh.
- Added Port Pair Trading. This is accessed from the M-Key menu, it's option T. It will try to use the best possible products, and has 2 haggle methods, external (EP's or Swath, etc..) or Speed buy. Also has user defined trade % thresholds. Option to view port reports. See the help in the script for more info. This should address the 7,8 problem for 90% of cases.
Added display of current status to help (active or passive)
- Added keepalive (120 seconds) that does a # and then shows the status (active or passive)

The PPT feature is pretty slick. Just pick the port you want to trade with from a list. All single key.
Will prompt to jettison holds if the wrong product is present in your holds. I'm not totally happy about the way that part is working right now, (I hate to jett anything :) but it's usually not a big deal.

Feedback appreciated!

Ok,
I've got some screen shots loaded up on my website:

http://www.tw-cabal.com/mh/MH_001.GIF - Normal Dens Scan screen
http://www.tw-cabal.com/mh/MH_002.GIF - Move Helper's Enhanced Dens Scan
http://www.tw-cabal.com/mh/MH_003.GIF - Another shot of Move Helper's Dens scan, showing 1-way.
http://www.tw-cabal.com/mh/MH_004.GIF - Move Helper's Fake Holo, from same sector as mh_003.gif.
http://www.tw-cabal.com/mh/MH_005.GIF - Move Helper's PPT menu

Quality is a bit grainy, but I blew them up some for better visibility.

*&^@$*&^$ SWATH!!

In ZOC, I see the following:
M-Key mini-menu
B - Path Blast to target sector
C - Calculate Path and store in path buffer
M - Path Blast down path stored in memory
N - Single Step to Next sector on stored path
P - Photon and move to target sector (must have photons)
S - Surround current sector (skip Fed and 1-ways)
T - PPT between current sector and chosen adj sector
Any other key - Nevermind, return to active mode

** Move Helper PPT **

Current port: SSB

1 - 5688 - port: BBS EQ <-> Org
2 - 7157 - port: BBS EQ <-> Org

Choose sector to PPT with: (1 - 2) or S for settings, R for report, Q to exit.
>

In SWATH, however,

M-Key mini-menu
B - Path Blast to target sector
C - Calculate Path and store in path buffer
M - Path Blast down path stored in memory
N - Single Step to Next sector on stored path
P - Photon and move to target sector (must have photons)
S - Surround current sector (skip Fed and 1-ways)
T - PPT between current sector and chosen adj sector

Choose sector to PPT with: (1 - 2) or S for settings, R for report, Q to exit.

The entire bottom gets cut off because SWATH doesn't support ANSI codes properly.
Working on a freaking fix now. sigh.

OK, version 3.0.2 now posted.
fixed the display problem so things look right in Swath in the PPT menu.

And for the record, I don't ACTUALLY know if it's SWATH or ZOC that doesn't do the ANSI Codes right. I just assume it's SWATH, since ZOC seems to work like my ANSI documentations says it should.

Try it in attac. it uses the Putty telnet implementation and that is correct.

Earth,
I've got nothing against ATTAC. But no. I'm sure you are right and it would work fine, but I have no desire to invest in another helper. (TWXSync, however, is cool. [:D] If/When it becomes TWXproxy compatible, I will seriously look at it.)

Truth is, the *only* reason I test *anything* in SWATH is because I have a few stubborn friends that still insist on using it, and I just happen to have SWATH registered. (By the time I heard about ATTAC, I had already given up on helpers in general) Now I just use ZOC/TWX only. When I want/need a feature, I just write it for TWX, or mod it into ZOC.

What I'm probably going to do is have the script prompt you when it's first run and have it ask if you want to use full ANSI Escape Codes, or Partial. Then I can have it look the way I want it, and still let my friends be able to use my scripts too.

Oh, and I'm getting ever closer to text-based, windowed, visual map for TWX [}:)] Bwah ha ha haaa.

Traitor,
Actually, from what I read and found out from beta testing the TWXSync server for earth, it is compatable to them all, the thing is, is to get Wabbit and whomever else is working on a TWX Proxy setup, to make it compatable to it. That is what Stein did with SWATH. And if you have the latest version of SWATH then you have the TWXSync server compatability. You might want to check it.[;)]

To my understanding , TWXSync can do it but EP or TW are only ones
working on the source of TWX.
Swath is still having problems with Sync , Attack is doing ok (havent tryed in long time (4 name issue).

But Earth wrote both .. so Attack and its sync dll file should be
closist to perfect ..
So if EP or The Wabbit gives TWX a sync and print option
I for one can see myself printing ztm , sync'd data .. hehehe
That would be kool.[;)]
I swear , I'll put corkboard on my walls .. hahaha

Earth and I have talked a couple of times about adding TWX Sync capabilities to TWX Proxy. It's beyond the scope of my first TWX release, which I work on several times a week, but definately a feature I plan to support.
