OK, attempting to write my first twx script, could probley do it in Rexx with no problem, but I need to learn twx better, so I Was using Traitors example for menus for his site...Insert Plug Here http://www.tw-cabal.com/
but somewhere along the line I think I didn't rename something right, menu seems to work fine, but when I go to Z to activate the script, it teminates, so I'm missing something (probley simple ) and getting a headache...lol. So if any Scripter has a few to chat on ICQ, hit me up please. Think I have the rest of the script ready, but need the user input from the menu.

better yet is there a way to ask for 2 different #s or more and then start a script using those #'s in the script
In Zoc its easy, sure it is in twx too, but I got lost somewhere.

Zark, you need getInput. There's a whole list of commands in the script
reference that comes with twx. Have you had a chance to check it out?

From there just take a look at some of the twx scripts on grimy, it's
a very easy language to learn.

And to Singularity, I've been doing alot of reading, and looking at all the TS scripts I have, problem is in my head, I keep wanting to put in Zoc commands cause I learned that first. And Ur correct on the getInput. Someone I will leave nameless helped me a little bit, didn't even know he read forums anymore.

If you start a new thread, or hit "Reply to topic", the editor that opens up has an "Insert Code" button that adds tags for posting scripts in... where the formatting doesn't get butchered too much. The Insert Code button has a pound symbol (#).

thanks to all that replied, I think I have it done, got a friend to bang me a closed game so I can dupe it and look at all sides of it. Will be testing it shortly, gotta check each trigger one by one, and watch for problems, and check for possible exploits... hmm, that reminds me it needs to turn fed com off...lol, and then back on when done...
