 TWX error on world trade

Hi i am new here, i am hoping this is the right area..


Command [TL=00:00:00]:[19094] (?=Help)? : Script run-time error in 'MOVE': Sector index out of bounds, line 47

Script terminated: C:\Documents and Settings\Mitk\Desktop\Downloads\TWXProxy_203\scripts\2_WorldTrade.ts


i get this everytime i am trying to run worldtrade.. i have a halo scanner and not sure why i am getting this error!

Are you in fed space?
Is the database set up for the right number of sectors? (Right click the twx green globe go to setup)
