A brief synopsis of what was changed/updated. earth. Website: http://www.tw-attac.com * Firstly, I rewrote the entire REXX scripting engine. It is alot faster and the memory errors are all gone. One of the testers on WinME can attest to this. * Secondly, I redid the way ATTAC runs scripts internally. Messages from fed-comm/private-comm and hails no longer affect the ATTAC scripts. ATTAC is alot faster and runs very smoothly now. * As per user input, World Trade allows you to decide what to trade. * ATTAC now supports REXX function librarys. Create a file called library.zrx and the functions in that file are available to ALL your scripts that run in ATTAC * Planet Busting Script * Planet Sell Down to Port Script * Fixed bug with ZTM * TWX Proxy v2 compatibility * ZocWait and ZocWaitMux now default to twenty second timeout * A bunch of new API calls in REXX (online docs will be updated in a day or two) |

Just a quick question... Are you going to email your customers too? What I mean is, I found out just fine about this update thru the forums, but not everyone is on the forums and not everyone visits the website after they buy ATTAC... Just a little business advice... |

I usually do not email everyone. I post to the ATTAC website, the ATTAC forum, the eisonline forum and the TWGS.org website. That usually covers most active players. I do think that you are making a valid point and to this end, i will add a feature to ATTAC to automatically check for updates. After the first time this is deployed, i will email everyone to notify them of this change. Thanks for your input! earth. |
