I've been wondering is there a tradewars script that buys fuel and a product at one port twarps to another and sells it. Buy more fuel ore and product and twarp back repeating this. This is because the ISS has 3 turns per twarp and 4 turns per move in my game. Can anyone help with this??? |

Thats strange, I dont think you can set a ship to have different turns per warp with twarp vs manual. That script would only really be usefull early in the game before you explore much anyway. |

The game I'm in is edited so I have basically an ISS but I can be evil[}:)]. It has 4 turns/warp and 3turns/Twarp. I find it odd but it works for me [:)] but where could I find info on creating a script like this if one doesn't exist??? |

Depends on the helper you use. Swath uses Java scripts and Rexx scripts. TWX Proxy uses its own language, easier than Java I think. J-twat only has Rexx scripts that are available separate from the program itself. Zoc uses Rexx also. Personally Rexx appears to be as confusing as Java to me. |

I would say go to Swath's web site and post under scripts for help with it. Or try to get ahold of Mongoose, he is the king of Swath scripts. |

Unless your a java nut or want to sit down for weeks to figure out java your prolly better off to see if someone will write it for you. It would be a pretty complicated script for a beginner to attempt. Good luck. |

Go to: http://www.swath.net/cgi-bin/ubb/swath/ ... tion=intro and ask the SWATH Scripters for help writing it. I visited an edited game not long ago where with unlimited turns, I thought this may work... But definately not for every game... |

When you say 3 for Twarp...are you referring to the ore usage? Because the different turns per warp thing for manual and Twarp sounds weird. |

Like I said earlier, I dont think you can make it be different between them. A move is still a move by twarp or manually and it still uses the same turns. I think your looking at something else. I still dont think its even worth writing this script. |
