CK Super Photon v. 1.5.4 has been uploaded to scripter's tavern (
http://www.twtavern.com). The companion script, CK Refresh Figs, has also been uploaded. Neither of them are showing up in the download list yet, so I guess SupG manually adds them.
Notes:
This script will react to fighter/limpet hits and move you adjacent to your target to photon them. You can choose Pwarp, Tpad, or Twarp to get you there, or you can ignore distant hits and fire only at adjacent hits. You can also choose Density mode, which does continuous density scans and fires at any changes.
You can select to fire a single Photon, or keep firing until you run out.
When using Pwarp mode, you can have your planet return to its home sector or stay wherever it fired from.
I strongly recommend using CK Refresh Figs to build a fighter file, rather than relying on the TWX database for fig info. TWX only contains fig info on sectors it has "seen", instead of pulling the info from the "G" report.
The script has been extensively "idiot-proofed", and reacts favorably to almost any imaginable circumstance. However, once the script is running, I recommend that you do NOT change your prompt, or type subspace/fedcom messages, unless you use a macro and know exactly what you are doing.
After any action sequences, the script summarizes what took place in case you missed something as all of the screens were flying by.
Disclaimer:
This script has been tested extensively by me, and by a small team of volunteer beta testers, but is not guaranteed to perform as desired or expected, and could end up getting you killed if you use it improperly. Be fully prepared to take all responsibility for whatever outcome results from running this script.
SCRIPT REQUIREMENTS
