Thanks for your help Promethius. Both Thrawn and I appreciate your help and time.
Script works perfectly and integrated into the ScoreKeeper with no issues or errors.

Thanks for assisting Daala in my absence. The script she set up worked perfectly.
I was thinking about the script and coding in a window that shows the following:
- Date/time variables chosen (would echo the date and time supplied)
- Time remaining (in hours) to open game(s)
- Game letter(s) of game(s) to open
Would it be okay if I modify the script to do this on our end?

She mentioned it would be handy for her and I thought it was a good idea. Anything we do will stay in house. I can also send you the copy for your reference if you would like.

thats why my sys op scripts stayed private.. I knew how to work them and that was all I needed...lol But I was working on others when MTW bit the dust with no warning...
