Hey Animal! Yeah it's been about 10 years! How you doing? You still play?

Wow doesn't seem that long...I am doing ok thanks for asking....My Wife passed almost 3 years ago....Nope i haven't played in many years now...Lost interest in it....How are you doing?

I'm so sorry to hear about your wife. She was a sweetheart and good sport to come to Vegas to hang out with all us silly gamers.

I took about 8 years off, the aggressive script play is just not my cup-O-tea. Now that JP is working on the game again I think we have some settings that will allow us to play again like we used to. We're testing out new settings now that will slow down planets from moving as fast or faster then ships so people may actually avoid planet drops now if they play manually or near manually.

So now I'm here to learn how to use these aggressive scripts and run dupes on test servers trying to planet drop myself and adjust the settings to get the right "feel". I still like the game to move fast, not make it feel like you're back on a 14.4 dialup, but at the same time work in some settings that will add pace to the games. We can also now set photons to NOT disable a players turns, they will only dampen defenses for invasions now.

And again, these settings won't be for everyone but having choices and variety is good thing.
