So is it possible to have a script change a database/game?
Is this what the 'TWX_DATABASE_SELECT TS_5k'  command does?  loads the TS_5k  database??

Was curious on the update as well. Would be handy to utilize if this script could load a database based on port.

I was wrong. It turns out that this isn't actually a bug. I agree that there is a need for some additional command line options to TWX, and I'll see about adding them soon. I'd also like to change the switch syntax some... maybe:
twxproxy /d:blacksunsolo.xdb /p:2002 /u:elderprophet

I'm open to any good suggestions, so fire away.

Any chance for a way to just reset the twx database without deleting it and having to recreate a new one?

I don't see why not. I've had that request from a few people.

Keep the ideas coming. Especially about command line switches!

I would just be happy if it automatically selected the port based on the database I used for a game. If I am running say, blacksun5k as my game name and used port 2100, then the next time I selected blacksun5k, the port would automatically be 2100. I run multiple instances of TWX - atm 2 of them using ports 23 and 2100. If MS in its wisdom reboots my system, the I have to select the db and change the ports accordingly.

Not sure if the above makes sense as it is 3 AM and I am tired.

You want a way to automatically load the TWX database, autoload scripts, set a port and then, i'm guessing, connect to the server should you be afk during a reboot... is that it?
