Swath 1.8 seems to have a problem counting the number of hops between a planet and terra when trying to colonize, does not pick up enough fuel ore for round trip, running two course plots and manually inputing data helps this but I did not have to do this in Swath 1.7.1. This is occurring in a game where I had been t-warp colonizing already. Anybody else notice this?

I remember this happening and getting complaints from players and if i remember right when they made new database they had the sectors worng ..instead of a 5k sector game it was actually a 20k sector game

To RexxCrowe, Elder Prophet and River Rat. No, ISS at 4 TPW. No, it was a fresh Swath ZTM, ran just before I started Colonizing ( great thing to do while making a beer run, lol ). No, sectors set correctly, that was the first thing I checked. I am gonna check the problem in another game as soon as I get the chance, gonna go back to 7.1 in same game and try it too, Thanks for the help guys.

I've noticed that when I use the world trade script, sometimes when it finds a pair port, it'll trade for a bit then it'll just go from one port to the next one without doing anything but losing turn. Even when there is a valid pair port with product in it. Any ideas on why it does this?

I assume its an error in the program, I know what you referring to though because it keeps happening to me; do you also notice that it will stop trading at the port because it has no more products to trade, even if there is like 15,000 units (for example.) I think that has something to do with it, the SWATH script just seems to crash out, but after you restart it works; although this usually takes several attempts to achieve, (and once in a while not even restarting it will let you continue PPTing at the ports it crashed at.)

I also notice an error in the prompts to select the ports you want to trade at, even if you do a holo-scan and move through the sectors they still will not show up, you have to manually enter the sectors. That drives me crazy!!! [:(!]

If it stops trading at a port while there is still products at BOTH ports, then you need to check your minimum trade % in the game options under misc(1.8) or the universal settings under earlier versions. I have however noticed that ver 1.7 will get stuck in a non trading mode if holds are ever empty, don't seem too happen much tho (thank the powers that be).

Should this be consider a bug within TW, think about it... what is the point of upgrading a port that is standard or average at approximately 2,000 units of each product, to lets say 50,000 units of each product, and then only be able to trade it down to lets say 10,000 units of each product, (could TW just create an intelligent adjustment value that it would use to keep the MCIC values realistic?) Its kinda silly to treat 25,000 units the same as 1,000 units, just because the port was upgraded. Perhaps SWATH could just account for this fact?
