This is realllly reallly starting to frustrate me. The Ecol and Tcol for TWX just will not work it will not move properly. Even with a clean room. I edit the ecol the night befor but now it wont work this morning and nothing changed. if anyone has a working copy of ecol and tcol please send it to me!!!!!!!!!!

first. for some reason Ecol and Tcol both dont work with me either, heh. its not just you. if i have to colonize i either macro (if turn game) or masscolonize if unlim.
second. wildstar does not use a planet scanner and the scripts he writes are made for him. so if you have a planet scanner (which everyone should have)his script will balk and not work. if wild sent out the .ts rather than the .cts it would be an easy fix, but wild is stuck in his non planet scanning ways heh.

download a very very old version of twx script extracted them and now they work find. Just go to twx home site nad download the oldest twx version you can find and just extract the scripts out of it. and over write them

from what i understand, some of the old scripts dont work with the new twx. heh. damnit, xide has got to get online one of these days, i got a list of 100 things i wanna bug him about heh, probably why he is avoiding getting online, lol

First,my script works with a planet scanner since the guys in the corp said they use them often.You need the newer one.
Second,I am on ICQ every day.next time b**ch at me on there.
Third,reason it is encrypted was someone stole one of my previous scripts,changed the name and encrypted it.Didnt even change where it said Written by Wildstar.
I said it before,but I mean it now.

Hey a scripting topic

Concerning old TWX code: I would only pull out an old script on a case by case basis, but don't overwrite the entire Scripts directory. Those are both .ts, so see what is different. They're pretty simple scripts, so take this opportunity to improve your scripting skills. Xide's out of touch for a few days, but Private Message me and I'll address it. Xide also has a bug reporter on his website.

Hey Wildstar, keep helping them out, but make them write their own code. Release the simple stuff as .ts, but I think it's cool if you want to release the very complicated scripts precompiled. (It bugs me to see someSimpleScript.cts.) I don't think either option helps others though, since they'll only learn scripting by scripting. Just don't pass private code to anyone you don't trust... meaning any code you'd be upset to find in someone else's script. But don't let their poor acts govern your generous ones.

wild, u taught me how to draw text from the game my first scripting accomplishment! i'd never ***** at you in a mean way you just dont use a planet scanner which is bad heh

yes, and as EP said, SOME scripts might work, some flat out WON'T. replace them on a case by case basis.

hey butterfly, i was teachin a newb today and told her to use tcol. she was having problems to, i told her to give me a copy paste... did you perchance not do CUY (turn on twarp) heh. that solved our problem nicely.
