SWATH and ATTAC will also implement this protocol and make it possible to share data with eachother and DRoP.

Having all three helpers being able to communicate with each other would be great. Then all members of a corporation could use what ever helper they prefer the best and still be able to share info.

Heat Sink, you don't need ZOC
You can run Rexx/ZOC scripts directly in SWATH if you want.

So if a central person is controlling the Database. Does each person keep a copy of that database and they all keep each other updated or just work directly off the one?

Stein - At least one thing I personally prefer with zoc over SWATH is the ability to remap my keyboard to whatever I want. I can then use different keys to send different extended ascii characters which I then can intercept with a TWX script and have it do various script functions. For example, in ZOC I can map it so ctrl+a will trigger a ship cap script, or F1-F6 will take me to the surrounding 6 sectors.

each person will maintain their own database. there will also be available a central server, which will have its own database. the server will be useful for synchronizing and updating multiple clients. in this particular instance, client-server is less bandwidth intensive than p2p, and a hellllll of a lot easier to code.

Zoc is great for remaping the KeyBoard, and I like Zoc. I hope to see it continue to grow, However, There are better ways to remap Your Keyboard. or at least otherways. Better maybe a bad word here, for to each his own. Rev has done an awsome job. However I use other programs to remap.
