 I have been writing a lot of scripts lately with some help from some of the real good scripters.(Alexio,Jhereg,CK and Krimsonblade thanks).My question is the sub messages that scripts send like running Pdrop from Planet 15 targeting really help or do you think it is just spam.I am considering adding them to my scripts and am curious for outside opinions.All opinions are appreciated.

I find it useful to know what the other members of my corp are doing. For example if their script says "running sdt using ships 45 and 54" I know to stay out of ships 45 and 54. If it says "running pdrop from planet 15" I know not to take planet 15 out for a buydown.

You asked for input, so here is mine... I dislike all of the verbage some of these scripts send. For small corps, its somewhat pointless, as you'll know what your corpies are doing. And if you are running 15-man corps, then the feedback from several of these scripts can get obnoxious. So here's the point, if you are gonna take the time to write corp feedback into your scrips, then make a simple toggle to turn it on or off... please. Who among us needs more spam?

Just make sure they aren't really long messages and that they don't repeat too much....maybe details the first time and just bare bones from then on...
