Post subject:  Using M()Mbot, is it possible to...
Is it possible to Warp a planet around only BUYING Orgs and Equip, and Fuel when possible? M()Mbot does about everything else i have imagined so I was wondering if this was possible to do. Don't have enough experience with the bot yet.. so you Veteran "M()Mbotters" please help if possible. Also is there a list of M()Mbot commands listed here on this board, or anywhere else really... (searched and didn't get any results I was looking for) I'd love to see those too!

Zed's planet driver will do this from within zed bot, or as a standalone script.

Just send the command 'help' to get a list of commands in mombot.

Thanks Micro, I'll look for Zed's stuff. But on the M()Mbot stuff, i didn't mean the "Tab+fill in the blank" commands, i meant the merch type commands.. like if you are selling orgs and equip then buying fuel you'd input "Merch 250 o e neg buyfuel". Those types of commands.

Also... where would i find the Z-Bot or the stand-alone planet driver script? I searched here but all I see are conversations ABOUT the script but not the script itself...

The mombot has a Merch command. Do help merch for full syntax. Based on what you described you would type:

'lon merch 1000 o e neg buyfuel

Where 1000 is the minimum port amount. What the help file may not mention is that the script will not visit ports that have the sectorparameter BUSTED set to TRUE

[EDIT] I think the SALESMAN command is probably what you're looking for. Misread your post.

Thank you so much Lonestar... I guess I have quite a bit of research to do on the M()Mbot still. any elaboration on the "Salesman" stuff you speak of? And while I have you're attention Lonestar, YOU'RE scripts are excellent! I use a LOT of yours and they are very efficient!

I bet it was big fun, lol. I can't remember the board OR the host, but there used to be a "DeathMatch" game played on the weekends and Xide used to play... it was like "Class is in SESSION!" that guy used to come along and just KILL us ALL! QUICKLY too!!!

I'm glad you're enjoying my scripts, they've for the most part been inspired by, and consist of code parts, by others who've come before me. If you have any questions, I would be happy to answer them via Private-message or email.

Admittedly, I can't recall using that particular script/command: SALESMAN. Edits I've played tended to have plenty of planet-production, or there would be only a few buy-down ports (which would then be MEGA robbed). Even so, I've rarely been the 'Builder' on a team. There are probably some others here who could describe what SALEMAN does.

Good stuff, off the subject.. I don't know why I was typing "you're" where it should have been "your"... and i'm a stickler on that type of stuff too! I hate when I see people on Facebook doing that and here I am doing it, lol. Now back on subject, I'll just dabble around with it till i get it, Thanks for the offers of support too!
