Post subject:  Status of Cruncher's TWGS Server
We've been able to determine that the HD did NOT fail, game files are intact and I have exported them for now, just in case we need to format the HD.

Seems either the Mother Board or processor fried. Something is pegging the CPU at 100%, running scans now to see if it can be repaired before we format. TWGS was not the culprit, CPU pegged @ 100% before starting the server again.

For right now we just installed a motherboard and CPU from and old work station I had. I plan on upgrading both before I reopen the server again. This is too much fun, and a good way to use old hardware that still works but too old to sell.

Big Thanks to everyone who's offered to help. I have the hardware, just a little short on time. We'll get the server back up and running soon. I'll keep you updated.

Understood, I just didn't want to have to re-edit each game. My settings are saved. Some people prefer one game to another, even though they are almost all 5k classic games, there are some subtle differences.

Thank you! Today was my last day of school, and passed my MTA 98-363 on Web Development too. (That's 3 certs now.)

I'm so looking forward to getting back into a game myself! Gotta knock the rust off and get ready for B.O.T.E. :)
