Hello everyone and thanks for playing the first full day at Darkstarbase. We had a great turn out and I am glad to see everyone here.

Thanks to the die hard players who played thru the shakedown period and put up with random reboots and disconnects.

It has come to my attention that a few items still need to be worked out.
One item of concern are edits. I downloaded most of the edits from this forum and used them as they were, and only changed the timing settings.
If you see any of my edits online that are "not what you are used to seeing" ie: different than the normal settings for a particular edit, please let me know and I will track down a more original edit than the one I might have now. I would like everyone to know I will do my best to provide the community with a reliable and stable server.

So again thanks, and if you see a problem with anything on my server please let me know either here or by email.

I popped in to test my ping, which was better than I expected, but I did notice that you went hosting the SpaceBall edit

I dont have the sysop backend scripting setup for that edit or I would!

I fixed the backend setup to work with v2+.

Hey Darkstar,

Great server, never knew my ping could be so low! Next bang can you up the Wooden Boat or Pirates Edit to 10K or 20k Sectors.
