Can anyone tell me exactly what the win/loss record is between these two permacorps?

Can you be more specific? I assume Kraaken has given Boo Inc. the many losses, but I was wondering just how many that actually amounted to.

I have no idea. Most were before my time. I only played in two tourneys (One was the EIS Inv 2010. I think the other was BOTE 2010) we lost to Kraaken, one tourney (HHT 2010) we beat them, one tourney (ICE 2011) we lost, on points, to Ground Zero, and one tourney (BigGame 2010) we beat 'The Unit'

Actually The Butcher was with Boo Inc long before Kraaken existed.

I also have a few more questions about the 1 win that Helix says Boo Inc had against Kraaken.
How could that be considered a win when that tournament was held on a beta TWGS with faulty timings? Wasn't that issue something that JP and Sing worked so hard on for weeks to fix because it made TWGS almost unplayable?
I would say the outcome was a failed tournament rather than a win, wouldn't you?

To me it sounds like boo overcame adversity that both teams faced equally to claim a victory over Kraaken.

First off you played in more then that against krakken!! Second The big game was a draft game, so it wasnt actually my corp, and at the last minute my country called and I had to go overseas for 6months, so basically the only player that was from "TheUnit" was me and i didnt even play ROFL!!

EDIT: BTW you lost 2 death matchs against Bigd, that counts as 2 tournament losses!!

Well actually bigd it was on bata version, so all and all it was testing, which doesnt even make it an "official" tournament.
