It would be easier to just assume that if your in a Tournament and/or a agressive game that there will be a blockade. Most likely also space debris in sectors leading out of 1. |

Yeah, that's a good asumption. Probably a good idea to drop some ships around in transporter range too, so you can get out. |

Tow a ship in that has twarp and fuel and have the corpie xport to the new ship and warp out. If you don't have a commish or are red, then things become a bit more complex. |
