OK, lots of talk, not a lot of action, and running out of time.

Anyone interested in playing HHT sign up here. I'm not familiar with the history of this game, nor it's edit, but I'd be happy to bang the 2010 edit and host it.

If anyone is interested please discuss it here, and figure out a date you wish to play with what teams.

Yeah, go ahead and put it up for this weekend, I'll play it.

I don't have a corp or practice, so who want's to join me?

Yeah, you'll probably need to go to another forum if you're looking for the typical tournament players.

I will say "IF" I decide to actually play it will be login, play turns and leave.... I am not getting sucked into 24/7 guard this and protect that.
I will be gameop for another game to be played on another server and I just don't want to dedicate that much time to a tournie.

So maybe a time-limited game?

I need to see what the settings were in the original, I didn't play, nor have I set it up and banged it yet.

However I'm thinking we'll get more game time if we start it Saturday Night, but that's MIGHTY short notice.

Chime in quick folks!!

The edit is unlimited time, but I like time limited myself. especially for lower turn games.
But as I did already say same as 2010 I'll keep it the same unless given permission by those playing.

I think those of us who may play are interested in playing a turn/time limit style game.

You're the host, you get to decide. :)

I have no objection to a time limit.

I think the "just like last year" isn't really realistic. Last year was two huge teams. That's not what this tourney will be about. This is an anyone-can-play, so single player, smaller corps, whatever. Am I right?

I think this one needs to be less of a script-wars game if possible, and time/turn limits will help with that goal. SG targeted this game to the hard core players crowd, but it doesn't sound like many of them are up for an SG tribute game at the moment.

I think having two HHT threads is confusing. I copied my reply to viewtopic.php?f=14&t=32452 and suggest we lock this thread so conversations get into the proper area.
