so i got this farewell speech from big D. it might be real this time, not sure. don't be too hard on him; he says what he says because he cares about the game. this kind of thing happens all the time in rooms full of type A personalities that actually care.

Big D - it's been real and i think the game is worse off without you, but enjoy the mini-bar and leather seats in that pod! we'll keep the lights on. time tells all tales!

Let me summarize that message: "There's lots of reasons TW is dying, but mostly it's Helix and JP. Pshaw, players have such a bad attitude these days!"

Those that agree with what Big D wrote are gone already, and he has some very valid reasons for the decline in players. I may not agree with everything he wrote, but overall it seems accurate.

I don't think many of us could write something where others would not find something to disagree with regarding the decline in the player base. I think there are just too many different reasons why people leave a game - similar to the many reasons people have for leaving a job. Each individual's reason(s) for leaving was the most important reason(s) to them.

I don't know how the changes being made will affect the user base - might bring some back, might run some away. The decline in users though is something that we can't deny.
