It seems it's only counter productive when you are the one getting killed. Put on your big girl panties and I might consider your invitation someday.

I have volunteers from FB who complained as well. JP WANTS us to run trading scritps, as many as possible, he's trying to find a memory leak. We can't push the leak if no one is alive to run turns. duh....

I'm actually looking for a wide variety of activity. I located the memory leak. I spent the last two days tracking down a deadlock condition that causes the game to crash when attacking Corp-owned sector figs. I'd like to see some combat going on as well. Since I have enhanced debug info in these games, I'll be able to catch bugs that normally wouldn't even be reported much less fixed.

That may be the bug that has been a problem in unlimited turn games where they use what is called a tag script to disconnect a player. I'm not sure exactly how it is happens, but I think it's when 2 opposite corp players hit figs at the exact same time adjacent to each other. Some of the unlimited players like Promethius and Trader Vic could probably explain it better.

As I understand it, it happens when 2 players try to drop a fig in the same sector at the same time. Tag scripts will chase you around to kick you back to the menu prompt.

If anyone can recreate that bug on this server, it would help me track it down.
