Do not open any emails from promethiusn@yahoo.com or from Promethius@yahoo.com - the account has been hacked and people in my distribution lists have received emails with at least one subject of "RE: ". I hope no one gets hit with whatever is being sent out.

No prob man! Ive seen an influx of this crap from people I know and everytime it was a hacked account. Hope you got things worked out dude.

Just remember they dont actually have to hack the account to make it look like you sent it. They can send from any server and just alter the header.

Yeah, seen that before too. Problem is that this time I received mail failures from people I have on my contact list and several people, including another account I have, have received email. I have a 3rd account that I haven't checked to see if it received the email or not. It seems like the emails are 4kb in size.

That has happened recently to two people I know. One was savy enough to trace the IP down to Bejing. My son tells me students in the University of Bejing are paid by the Chinese government to hack and crack and play games and sell game assets on ebay. Stone at the swampbbs tells me he's always fighting off attack from Bejing.

The Chinese Government has "categorically denied" this several times in the past... Being a government, they wouldn't lie, would they???

And people wonder why I don't use Yahoo and other email services...
