ATT applies my payment to the wrong account (my old account that I wish I still had!) so they said my payment wasn't recieved and shut down my service.
I told them payment was in, they can see the payment was in, they agree it was their mistake, but I still have to wait 4-5 days for my service to be restored while they "undo" their mistake.
Sorry to those of you who were in games.
