I logged on to test some settings and check my ping and the Practice Game is closed? If this is the case will you be posting the TWA? or will we be flying blind? |

Looks like it was in tournie mode and was not allowing any more connections. "I'm sorry, but the game is in tournament mode and is no longer accepting new players. If you have any questions, write mail to the Sysop." He is working on it now. Up and running. |

This may be a silly question, but today players are allowed to practice in the tourney game before the tourney starts? Does this mean you can also get all your mapping done before hand? Or does the practice game reset with same edits but new universe? |

Sometimes they use a different seed than the practice game and sometimes the same seed so that everyone can get a ztm in advance. |

I've seen cases where the game op even posts a map file so no ZTM is needed in most cases, saving time as well as easing server load. |

How is it that you do a ZTM in two minutes where a player may do it in 6 hours? |

I didn't think of that. I remember now. And here I wasted 6 hours running a ZTM on my local machine when I could have done so in observer mode - lol Thanks again |

The .twa file is in the official thread if you look there. Sorry about the closed game. I've changed the settings so it should allow you in now. I'll ask in the other thread about the map. If the three corps agree I'll leave the map the same, so you can map it now if you want to. I have no problem with that. |

Just for reference since that thread is so large. The .twa download is on this page at the bottom. viewtopic.php?f=14&t=26647&start=75 |
