I havn't played in years and I am lost. I see all this info about game types and beta stuff... wanted to try the classic beta game B but see no telnet information to even get to the game. I still have an old version of swath I think, I see no IP info for the games? where do I look?

thanks. wasnt sure which was the beta server on the stardock search, i was looking for games banged recently and there were only a few and none matched the settings mentioned in the forum earlier for game B.

toy, what is the port for it? i tried 23 and 2002 and swatch couldnt connect to either.

There is a post from earlier that the server is currently down, you would have to ask Cruncher when it is up since she is the one running that server.

I went and looked and those games are probably too much for me right now. Been a few years, and most of them have high turns or unlimited and earliest rebang appeared to be march i think?
I dont want to join a game more than a week old especially since I have no corp to join and it would be pointless to run around a completely fig'd out space

one site seemed to have alot of games banged 2 days ago and low turns, gonna get my feet wet in there and relearn the game. appreciate all your help!

i did, rolled in a fairly new game its a 4 man corp with a fully geared ISS already. figs everywhere on Def... i used to play there a long time ago, but it would be a waste of time without a good corp there.

i will jump in there again when i see a new game banged or if i find some people to group with.

UTW (ultimatetw.com :23) bangs solo games all the time- plus im sure you can find corpies to run with. the collective 'we' as a community are trying to regrow the player base... keep in mind that scripts have become faster and more deadly. if you havent done it already you may want to look at TWXproxy- you can download it from navhaz junction...
