Rules vary from server to server. You're lucky if a sysop even enforces a truce,
rules or no.

i know when i first came back i ran into someone and hosed them while the truce was on, and when i offered to give them a new ship they were shocked. a truce is only as good as the honor of the players... and if people join a truce game they should either follow the truce or make the mistakes right...
