I haven't played a lot lately so I figured I would kill a bit of time in a 500+ day old unlim that uses stock ships/planets. Played a few days and now I have a really bad sign after getting dropped from the server:

Looks like a major crash. I "think" the OS they are running is Linux but don't know for certain.

Bummer. My TWGS server whould do werid stuff like that before and I would always have to reinstall.

If it's actually being ran under wine, there's little reason not to make nightly backups of the .wine directory to prevent stuff like this from killing your server.

You're going to run it under wine? Wow... good luck there. It isn't stable. I strongly recommend a VM like virtualbox, as you can clone the drive for backups and get solid performance for the server.
