If a forum lists no Moderator names other that "Moderators" does that mean, that in reality, there is no Moderator actually paying attention to that forum?

I posted in the "Board index >> Game Hosting >> TWGS & TW2002 Settings Explained" in the thread "Why does linksys hate me" with what I believe is the answer to Kaus's problem. That was a week ago, and the post has not shown up. I look in my profile, and it says I posted, but won't show the post. I believe it is still "awaiting moderator approval"

In a related question, how long does the "Double-Secret-anti-spam-bot-Probation" last? Do all of you have to wait for Moderator approval to post, or just me?

P.S. I am fully aware of the irony that, this post complaining about "awaiting moderator approval"
will be "awaiting moderator approval" as soon as I press the Submit button.
