I assume you are talking about a turn game. Not many rebangs the consist of turns and solo. Maybe 1 a month or so. Although if you get someone to bang that type game with familiar edits, I'd be willing to play. Say Poker, D & D, or Pirates (Original) with 2k to 5k turns and mbbs combat penalty sounds good.

More importantly than turns, I dont want to play an edit that is totally skewed. CtB is one of the good ones, cit times are down, and ships are awesome.

i can do CTB or revstock - both are pretty balanced.

re: my twgs - runaway proton is co-sysop. if you have a problem with that then i'm sorry. he's been doing the day-to-day on my server for a long time now. and FYI he doesn't have admin port access remotely - nobody outside my network can get to the admin port - but he has vnc access to the twgs and my firewall will *only* permit his IP. even if he tells someone else how to log in, they would have to do it from RP's house.

either way it will have to wait until monday night or tuesday. my firewall is offline and so is the twgs and i'm on vacation.

I may actually have some time late next week to join a low turn solo. I'm all for rev stock, but I'd just assume it be hosted elsewhere, that way rev can join in the fun too. My preference is about 800 turns, PTrade around 90%, non-MBBS, and about a 3-day turn bank. And why not have about a 2 hr time limit, with the minimum login time maxed at 20 mins.

That's fine, I don't necessarily need to play. I've have a good game going at the present time. You're the one looking for a game. Stock games are boring btw.

Well I know no one is suggesting that any wrong doing has been done on your server in the past. I trust you and RP as sysops to the fullest extent. Sounds to me like more of a disagreement between what the rules were and what they weren't in a past game that should stay in the past...

I've banged low (950), medium (3k) turns and unlims on my server and the low turns games just don't have a lot of players and that is what I've also seen on the majority of the servers around. Part of the problem I think is the lack of dedicated corps that are out and since low turns need a coordinated effort of somewhat skilled, patient players, that leaves the majority of players/corps out. I don't play turn based games below about 20k turns so I may be way off base.
