Is there a site within the community that archives old esoteric tw related info?

Anything from past tournament records to old logs, cap files, blog-like rantings, tw awards, etc..

Yea, Treppy was a blast to play with. Always had some kinda offensive trick up his sleeve. I learned a lot from him.

If ya'll want to gather up a bunch of log files I've got a place I can host them.

Heck, if anyone wants to be "records guy" and archive old dead sites or logs... let me know. I'd like to save all of the older stuff, but I don't have a lot of time to hunt for it.

I don't know how far you're looking, but this little site I run called http://www.thestardock.com has posts dating into the late 90's.

And a wonderful site it is.

I wasn't planning on discriminating, looking for anything and everything that was once published in relation to TW. There's a lot less floating around than there used to be, and it seems like it could go bye-bye forever (Ok, not the great tragedy of our age, but I like TW nostalgia, damnit :P) if we don't try to consolidate it.

Singularity's been gracious enough to donate hosting space for this purpose, and once I get my act together I'll have a site up and running.

Piggybacking on that, I'd be most grateful for donations. I don't have much saved up of my own, alas.
Really, anything at all, hehe:

- cap files / log files
- anything tourney related
- ramblings
- old forum flamewars
- comic gold
- permacorp rosters
- old manuals (Slice, Gypsy's, etc...)
- anything else...
- your personal editorial


To elaborate on that last one, if you feel like just writing a lil som' som' about what TW's done for you or how it's changed over the years, wrecked your circadian rythms and sleep-wake cycle, etc - please do ;) . I know some of ya'll have been around for a couple dog's ages and have a lot to say.
