Here's what I have in mind.  I need 3 active players to play on, and rate current twgs servers.  Requirements are as follows:
1) Must be honest & trustworthy
2) Must be non-bias (Show no favoritism)
3) Must be a considerably active player
4) Can NOT be currently operating a twgs
Only twgs servers who's sysops request to be rated will be added to the list.
The idea is to provide a list of dependable twgs servers to the players, and each server will be rated on the following things on a scale of 1 to 5 and the list will be updated weekly:
1) Speed / Lag
2) Connection reliability
3) Uptime / Downtime
4) Sysop reliability / Sysop honesty
5) Competiion / Player Activity
Anyone interested in having thier twgs server rated and listed, or players interested in rating these servers, please reply to this post.  (Remember I only need 3 players to rate, so apply quickly if you are interested)
Note:  This will be done professionally and in a manor showing NO favoritism to ANY twgs server or sysop, and individual ratings by the judges/players will NOT be posted.
Thanks

A list of servers? You mean there is more out there than what shows at The StarDock site? From what I thought, they cover #2, 3, 5 already.

Well, since there wasn't any replys from players to rate these systems, I'm guessing we don't have 3 active players out there. lol

I suppose considerably active in todays terms means you are playing in more than one at once and show up 2 or 3 times a week.

Would a player that plays one game at a time and stays logged in 24/7 and at keys more often than not, qualify as an active player?

The main thing is to play on the server that want to be rated and test it out.  That means the players would need to move around and not be stuck on just 1 server.  What I have in mind is when a server wants to be rated and added to the list, the three judges would play a game or two there to test it out and them report what they found back to me.  I then would take the average rating of each catagory and post the server and the ratings each month.  If none of the three judges played at that server that month, then the rating would remain the same as the previous month.  At least we'd have a system that give other players somewhat of an idea to expect.   I may even post reviews if the judges have something exceptional to say about a particular server.  I would hope that these judges be impartial and report only the facts and true ratings.  That's all I'm asking for.

I run on 3 servers now... I guess i could offer a opinion and rotate other servers in and out... but the cps setting will affect my opinion... cause if it slows down a dial up player... i feel its too low...Let me know u got My ICQ

i suggest that to avoid hard feelings by the targeted sysop, the rating players should submit there reports to the operator of the ranking site and then after that admin verifies that player then the admin posts the review.

You Never know when a player begins to experiance unexpected bootoffs or lost resources in retaliation.

And dont even respond with the oh he or she would never do that, because when someone starts to diss another person the person being dissed will always want payback in some form or another, so to protect the player from it post the review with out identifying them.
