Sorry about the main serer dow time, had major issues with the host company, claimng non payment of the server host contract, I had jus finished with them and the server is up agian, obviuosly, or we wouldn't be typing, I have settled things and showed them proof the payment was taken care of, and they reactivated the server.

I may think of moving the server to another company soon if these issues keep on happening, or I may bring it home to my house, if I can get a good deal on home based business acount either with comcast or att&t, this mess started when the curent host company bought out the company I started with.

I have never missed a payment since I opened the server and websites. And it irks me that they shut down the server instead of verifying that i had sent in payment or at least made some arrangement on payment.

Sorry to all for the inonvience of the last day or so.

hear those crickets?  Guess nobody is flaming you.
No fear, these things happen, I almost had the phone company disconnect me for the same issue, not as big an issue if I wasn't hosting BOTE.  That might not have been pretty.

LOL... *FLAME* *FLAME*

Dude, stuff happens.

I had an incident recently where one of my main CC numbers got leaked and hit for a lot of money. I got it back, but had to wait a month for them to re-issue a new card (ugh). One of the companies I used to handle voicemail, a company I had been with for years and years and never missed a payment, tried to charge the card, got a declined (it was hotcarded) msg and started sending me threatening letters for a bill that was never more than $6.

Where's the customer loyalty and common sense these days... ugh. But unfortunately we've all been there.

Thanks guys. That helps. I still may bring the server home if I get a better deal on things with my service provider, and it should be faster than it is now. Fiber optics and all. on the comcast business setup. Well I have to research it more, I may just switch server hosts, that is in the works as well.
