1.  Buy a TWGS license from JP
          TWGS Order Page

2. Go to DynDNS.org and register for free DNS entry to point to your Dynamic IP Address

3. Download, import and run one of the many TWA files that can be found here.


4. Ask for access to the EIS Sysop Forums and ask lots of questions.
