Looks like it is IP restricted voting and not user restricted voting. I voted from work earlier -- dang I've got 10 IPs around me I can hit on my wireless without getting out of my recliner ..... |

I heard of Lightbulbs that have IP's (to report to a server that they've blown), wonder how we can elicit their votes. hmmm.. |
