Laff, that's just Titan for ya. LOL. He's well known for a very narrow definition of game play defined back 10+ years ago. Some players are just like that, tho. Been around forever but lose any game against someone that wants a win. In that mentality the game isn't "won" as much as it's just "played."

Wow I would have taken him for a n00b with the way he was acting, hell i didnt even attack him when he was sitting 1 hop off dock, was looking for a corpie. To bad he got mouthie. Oh well i wont lose sleep over it. Just struck me as funny, cuz im sure he is *****ing about some a-hole named Kane in a game at Vaders right now.

Laff, been there. Many games back there was a junky unlim edit w/ no death delay and a lot of starting cash. We went in like a day late or so, they had 2 full sectors of planets w/ full ore.

Despite all that, an overnight of cby cashing had us so much money... and the lack of death delay was so funny, that we were taking moths like joy rides downtown. Whee, another blast! 50k this time! I remember fondly how I mothed in a 0-fig merf because, hey, who cares when you can just come right back in? It was like a big ferris wheel, up and down, for an afternoon of blasty fun.

Anyway I heard about how horrible my tactics were for the next 6 months. How evil and aweful it was to play that way and how I must be just the lowest form of scum in the universe because of it. Now I don't debate any of those statements on their face, but the connections between are patently hillarious.

Laff been on both sides of no death delay, it sucks when you dont look to see if the sysop turned in on or not. Again it is a game and if its easier to cby cash, ini an unlimited they dont have it locked down by that time why the hell not eh? I would agree though your tactics are horable, and you should be banned from every server ever place just because you cby cashed for fun one day. j/k

Whine whine whine, all it seems to be any more.


heh Ill make a stale edit for the sysops to put up, say 1 fig and 16k shields with 8.0 deff odds and .5 off odds a ton of colos and everything else that makes a game last for ever. that way no one wins.

we can call it Stale Wars.
