Nominations Requirements & Rules for the 2006 Awards Process.

1 - To qualify for any nominination the Nominiee must have
    some experiance in the catagory there being nominated for.
    
example : Zentock for Admin 2006 is invalid, as he was not an admin in 06.

or      : Slim Shady for Best CEO 2006 is invalid as he did
                 not run a corporation in 06.

or      : MsBehavin for Best scripter 2006 is invalid as she
                 didnt release any scripts for public use.
                 (Private scripts dont count as there unknown.)

2 - To further qualify for a nomination the initial nomination     
    must get a seconding nomination to be a valiad one.

3 - Any dual nominiations that are taged with the same ip#       
    will both be rejected from consideration. Any one who
    thinks they may violate this rule must contact the EIS
    team PRIOR to casting there nominations.

4 - There will be no challenging of votes after the Nom-
    ination process is complete, any harassment of any
    EIS member during or after the process will invalidate
    the nomination posted from the ip of the abuser.

5 - This Years Tradewars Awards are being hosted by EIS,
    counted by EIS personal, and the results will be posted
    on the Official EIS Support site.

6 - All Awards given will be final and no returns or exchanges
    will be given for any reason whatsoever.


Also to all EIS Staff, if you see multiple nominations from the same IP on the nominations, make sure you get with all EIS Staff on it so as to not have any misunderstandings on things and someone deletes post or invalidates it needlessly, We want to make sure all nominations are valid and legit, and need to let all know that a multiple nomination was made from the same IP, if the IP can't be verified as having more than one person there voting then it will be struck, and the first post from the IP will be the nomination. Just to be clear to Staff and all who turnout.
