why did he get banned...and it's not really Loc, is it?  I really don't pay that much attention here..but I just saw he was banned.  I have no clue who Hiro is, always thought he was a stupid newb..if it is loc..i'm glad to know I was right on that part

What happened, IIRC, is that loc got a week-long ban for some fairly crude post... but nobody has ever bothered to remove his ban yet. So his old account remains dead, and given how often he changes aliases... probably not a problem anyway. As a joke I think he uses the "user is banned" avatar.
