Well me and sing were talking and decided on a good edit for a byoc. Sign up in this thread and I will get with you for your Corp name and Login info blah blah.
Poker Edit 10k universe
1200 turns
Non-Mbbs Gold
Half Cit Times
Tourny Mode
3 day turn bank
No Delays
100% steal
5 man corps
16 death limit (laff) wanted to be different since all are usually 10
No time limit
Will be held at Vulcan's Server and I am sure we can have him set up a practice game this week for early corps and leave it running until day before real one starts. This is no point system and will end with last man standing. Really don't want another issue like recently and don't want a stalemate so 16 death limit should also help with that as well. More to follow but the rest of the ships and planet edits in the game will remain as the edit is set.
Any questions or concerns email me or singularity. Thanks
My ICQ:254029632 please icq me so I can have you on my list

Laff. This is going to be a fun game. End of september is the target time. No time limits, naturally.
It's going to be a bloodbath... so come one, come all.

And also will be getting TWA as soon vulcan finishes it, so I can post ship and planet edits for all, so everyone is on equal playing ground for ones that don't know the edit.

Afew clarifications.
No duping.
No resource-sharing megacorps (like passing figs and planets back and forth). Information sharing... eh, well, can't do much about that (like blowing a port during an invasion, heh).
For solo players without a corp we're going to do a combination of a draft and mix&match. Corps that are short on players will be allowed to draft up until their players are even. Not sure who we'll get to do that, if I have to I will... but if I end up in that kind of role I'll have to bow out of playing to keep it fair. For any remaining players we'll just assign them to a corp. We'd like to get as many players who want to play as possible, even if they're not a super-corp or even affiliated with anyone.
As for the game-end rules... Aren't you sick of all the stalemates? No stalemates allowed. There will be NO adjudicated or sysop-determined wins. Nobody getting together going "Waah I'm bored, let's shut it down." We play till it's over, even if it takes a year. There's a death lim... it's high enough you can moth and have fun but it's low enough you can't just run into planets willy-nilly (yes, I actually said willy-nilly).
Just post your corps or "hey, sounds cool, me too!" here.

No problem Kewl, Like Sing said we will have a draft style for short corps or solos, So everyone can play and enjoy the fun. This will be a fun edit and the players are already starting to come in so we should have a nice full game here.. keeping my fingers crossed for atleast 7 corps to 10 corps..

they Feel differently about the settings of the draft game and/or are offering thier choice as an alternative to people or as an additional game...lots of people play more then one game at a time..
I used to a lot.....
