Is there enough tradewars players in or around Toronto to start a bbs running tradewars in Toronto, canada

no one really likes going through a BBS frontend anymore.. better off just doing a TWGS, unless you have a big fanbase for MajorMud or something like that

Well heh i am hoping he meant a real bbs, like back in the day. Majorbbs's sucked. If your gonna run majormud don't even bother running a bbs. If your gonna put up a old school bbs to host yer tw's games with message bases modded nicely i applaud you and good luck in that effort.

eh speak for yourself.. id rather log into a MajorBBS than synchronet or wildcat anyday

I guess it depends on what you used to log into them for. If all your looking for is games it really doesn't matter. IF you were looking for a nicely modified system with a large ammount of posts and ansi art, then back in teh day you'd of wanted to log into something like a iniquity, renegade, etc ... i spose even a few wildcat and synchronet boards but most of the people that ran those 2 types didn't take the time to enhance the menu's and flow of areas to make it appealing to the eyes.

if you are gonna just run twars, just run a twgs, as it won't be limited to canadians, and it will also be more efficient and fun
