Would be good if someone were to post the historical HOF listing on their site - preferably on the main page, not as a hyperlink.

That would ensure it went into the Wayback Machine, and would be accessible even if the domain lapsed.

TW has been around for about a century and that is the entire HOF list? Whew, we gotta do some serious work, heh! Seriously, though what about putting a 'View Hall of Fame' link on this site, inlcude a nice little graphic page that matches the TW theme? Also, what about putting a TWT link on this site as well? Maybe put them someplace in the header? Maybe someone could Res to do the graphics? [;)]

Hahaa, ok maybe that was just a slight exaggeration.

Thanks, I was having difficulty compiling the historical list.
All of the previous 8 deserve their places. I agree with your comments elsewhere here about the current nominees.

HOF should, imo, be an exception to the "popularity contest" attitude some players take to voting for the annual awards nominees.

There is a fastrack method to get it recorded on the Wayback Machine, supposedly takes 24-48 hours to get the spider to see it. I cant make pretty graphics; I'll post the HOF archive if no one else will, but would sooner it looked good.

- has the details.

With seeing that list, its hard to say if any of the people nominated are worthy to join that list, maby 1 or 2 but I am kinda sketchy on it, all of those guys have really changed and impacted the way we play today.

Space Ghost is probably most worthy on the list, except he still plays.
That's why I voted on Kemper.

A "Tradewars Hall of Fame" without Space Ghost would lack credibility.

I have no axe to grind here. I have not played a "serious" game with SG for years.

Even before he started using scripts he was a demon. Fingers knew what keys to hit, sequenced fast.

I dont think you have to be retired to qualify. Eleq was still playing when he was voted in.

Shouldn't there be a catagory for the person who said they were leaving TW forever the most times, but never actually has?
