 What are the rules on attacking in fed space. When I try it a star ship shows up wanting to kick my arse. But seems every day some little punk in the game I am in attacks me in fed space. Whats the deal?

If your alignment is less than zero, or your experience is greater than 1000, you can be attacked in fed.
