I need some help big time.
Could some one tell me in lay-man terms how to use scripts
for population and trading.
Thought I Knew what I was doing, but got my butt kicked big time
by people using scripts

1)What helpers are you currently using?
2)If None, do you plan to use any? and if so which one/s?
2)What type of scripts are you looking to use?

I'm using no helpers. My problem is I don't know how to.
I know how they are suppose to work.
I want to move a large number colonists.

PHX posted a slew of links to sites currently hosting scripts, as well as to the helpers and terminal programs available, and more importantly to sites that can help you learn the game, like tw-cabal.com .

Nod, check out that link and take a look at the helpers. Anyone of them will do the trick for running scripts. Personally i use a combo of Zoc/TWX (It's what i started with, and am now comforatable with). But whatever Terminal program you choose i would suggest that you use TWX in combination with it.

if you need/want help setting up your helpers, i did a semi-dummy proof write up about 6 months ago for setting up TWX, and if you hit me up on icq, i'm always willing to help people get on their feet
