Howdy peeps, i got Zoc and Twx-Proxy installed and running , i can sign into my favorite TW games .....but running scripts is a problem....they don't do nothing.Yah i know a none reg'd copy of twx won't let yah use there scripts ,thats why i downloaded supg's script pack for twx 2.02 , and i made sure that i have twx 2.02.I also made sure the script pack was put in the include folder , so now i am wondering what is up and can someone help me figure out why these dang scripts wont work.

Thanx

this is a perfect place to ask a question, and thanks for pointing out info like what version of twx and twx scripts you have. helps the trouble shooting :)
i think your problem is this:
"I also made sure the script pack was put in the include folder"
dont put the scripts in the include folder, matter of fact, with supg's script pack, just unzip it TO the script folder and it will automatically create the include file and put what needs to go there, in there.
if you have further questions or it doesnt work, shoot me an icq at 207-107-486 and i'll get it workin :)

added you on icq.. attempting to contact.. you are prolly afk.

well, i guess it depends also on what specific script you are trying to run. so i'll wait till you get at keys on icq before we trouble shoot more.

Any script will run without TWX being registered, assuming the script's author didn't create some check to verify registration.

It sounds to me like his script is loading properly, but may not be seeing the triggering text it is expecting. A simple way to check and see what it is waiting on is to type "$st" and this will show all of the active text triggers. Most scripts need to be launched from the command prompt. If you'll tell us exactly which script you are trying to launch, it would be easier to help.

TWX should run supg's scripts. It may be an issue of whichever script you're trying to use just doesn't work :P

If you are talking about running a ZTM of the universe, then use ztmsupg which will create it. If you are wanting to output a warp spec, right click on the twx icon, data, export warp spec.
