I was asked by DR. Wakko to find out if anyone would be up for this.
Bone Collector once had a Death Match Tournie where players who wanted to participate would be bracketed aginst another player in a 1 on 1 death match.The player that won advanced.But due to unforseeable trouble with BC's ISP the tournament was never completed.

Considering the recent negative light on Wakko's server, I'm guessing a fair number of people would not be willing to play on that server.

Wacko, you admitted playing in an active game on your own server. That's negative. Because of that I doubt I'll play at your server again.

thats fine and i told you why also...best way to fix a problem is to see it first hand, now if i stayed in the game...killed people and actually done anything in the game i could see your point...but this is stupid... you dont want to play...fine your choice, but atleast use a legit reason

i was told the server was sticking, and there seemed to be a pettern to it...he said it was happening when he ran an extended script, wssm amd colo, so i came in to check it out. i couldnt get it to happen, alex told me to come to a secter, so i did....i could post the conversation between me and alex if you would like...i see no point, and its like this...ive had a server off and on for a number of years...people know me, they know i run a honest server...for those who dont know me them dont know what to tell you cept to come play and decide yourself, think theres something funny going on then dont play....tired of being blasted by this hollywood guy.

Just because a man plays on his own server does not make him a cheater. If that was the case then Bone Collector would have to fall into that boat, and I do not see people standing up calling him a cheater. I've played on Wakko's server several times, and have not run into any problems with stupid nonsense such as cheating.

My attitude is if a man pays the money for a server, then let him play it. Calling him a cheater just because he plays on his own server.... that is just childish.

I did not accuse wakko of cheating for playing on his own server. I said a negative light because people who are respective players claimed that the sysop invaded them during a truce. So I consider that a "negative light" as many players won't play a server like that. Personally I won't play there until it is cleared up.

i know i said i wouldnt comment on this subject anymore but that is TOTAL BULLSHEIT, and whoever said that i invaded them is a total liar, and for those of you that know me know i have no problem admitting when i am wrong, but that is a total lie, and i do not feel that i was wrong in what i done, why the hell would i invade another player during a truce...take the cash and cby...thats idiotic...sheesh especially on my own friggen server, thats the fastest way to kill your server...wow!!!

You guys believe what you want, I don't really care. I and my perma group will NEVER again play on his server again. If you guys think Hollywood is full of BS then I'll post my proof. BTW Hollywood posted it in the rebang section, not in here and it got deleted my kemper.

After the logs clearly stated that Alexio had invaded and captured the alien planet, why did you claim said planet and why was it in your possession after he was dead if you did nothing? And on the same line of questioning, why did he icq me and tell me you claimed the planet screwing with him?

Anyone else ever played months only to lose everything to a cheater? Or have to fight tooth and nail against cheaters with your hard earned assets? Cheating is wrong in any form at this level.

Well I never called anyone a cheater either. I just said I didn't like the idea of a gameop playing in an active game. He never effected me, other then hitting my grid running his scripts. I thought the server was very fast and I had no lag time at all, but the point is most people don't like gameops going into a game that people are playing. My thoughts are if you want to see if anything is wrong, bang a game for just that purprose. You can do your own testing in a test game while others are playing at the same time in the active game.

The whole problem is he said/she said. But that's what it almost always comes down to with this problem. Because of that, the best thing for any gameop to do is never get in game so you don't even have the hint of "cheating".

I do agree with Doog that it's his server, and he can play if he wants. He paid the money for it after all, but like many posts on this fourm has said before, most people who visit eisonline won't play on those servers.
