I've got a question maybe some of you can email me privately about. I have been unable to find information on the net (that I can understand) that tells me how to do "streaming" on my site. I want the song to load and start playing as it is downloading (rather than sit there and have to wait) plus I don't want it to shut off just because someone went off my front page to page 2. I believe what I'm describing is "streaming audio," and I've done extensive searches on the net but it seems to be some well kept secret for some reason, because I can't seem to find a decent tutorial on how to do it. Thanks for your time, now go play tradewars! |

I could help you set up an option bar on a navbar on your page to play any music you want... And it can be set to repeat until the person opts to shut it off or switch to something else in the list. |

You see, I've found Java Applets free on the net that claim to do it, and when I make the test page it works perfectly well on my computer, however, when I upload them to my angelfire web shell, they refuse to run. In fact MANY Java Applet's refuse to run after uploading them. I think I have to upload using an FTP or something but I don't think that option is available through Angelfire. Like my Anfi graphics. I've created some neat ones that run great on my desktop through IE, but upload the files to Angelfire, and nuthin! Just a grey applet window. Sigh |
