Effective immediately, The Lost Traders Tavern will operate under a new part time schedule. The server will only be available between 10pm and 11pm eastern time. Extern will run at 10:30pm. This is intended to allow people to be free from worrying about the game for 23 hours a day, and lead a normal life, while retaining the ability to stay competitive. I think it's a great idea, I would definitely play but it's right when I put my kids to bed (PST) so maybe when they're older. Heh. |

Initially, there will be a single game, while I gauge interest. If there is the demand, I will bang more games, possibly even an unlim or two. |

If it's even possible, could you have different games open different hours? Like game A: 10-11 game B: 11-12 etc. etc. ? |

To accomplish this, I'm simply running an automated process at 10 to start twgs as a service, and again at 11 to stop it. To allow for different games at different times, I'd have to be running twgs on multiple machines, and that's not something that is currently planned. |

THe idea isn't to mimic the bbs days. It's to allow for fully interactive multiplayer gaming, at a set time every day. |

It is a kewl concept, but i won't be able to play there at that time hope it has a nice turn out CK i always have liked the TAV i think more should check it out... Suddenly you hear a faint metallic click on the side of you hull..[V] |
