Is it possible that it might be a bug? Something to do with the death problem in .61?

sdn-ap-012ilchicP0412.dialsprint.net Obviously the duper is using Sprint. Email the logs to abuse@dialsprint.net and include the times it happened. What is it then? The duper violated the TOS of the TWGS server, sounds like abuse to me.
