I wont tell what servers or who is doing it,but I have been seeing lots of cheating going on and it is ruining it for us players who play the game right.In one game,I have a corpie and we both made cool money.Then 2 people come in and there is a truce so we leave them alone,but like 3-5 hrs later they have at least 3 sectors with 900,000 fighters in each sector and maxed ships.Plus they are in Ferrengi ships that you have to capture and we never saw them anywhere.Plus I pdropped them and hit with a 500,000 blast and they still didnt pod.This is weird.I think they have the sysops ear or know about bugs.Another sysop I know went there and they said its fishy.
So in short,people dont cheat,Its not worth it.And no I am not bitter.I lose I lose,its a game,I just want a fair game.

I have people accuse me of helping or playing all the time. Fact of life. I do not play at all. But when I did I could see fishy stuff all the time. I think there are alot of bug uses that people just dont know of.

If you wont tell then no one can give your view any credibility,,,

Dont play anywhere you think cheats but be realistic in what you think is cheating...Some things cant even happen if you use the editor,,,IE damage from Quasars..there is nothing a sysop can do to effect that.

I beg to differ. Saying you think something is fishy is okay by me. But outright accuseing someone without proof is not. He chose not to.

All in all NO one really knows everything in TW. Not every bug, not how to everything. Even the most seasoned players learn something every game (or should).

Sorry I do not wanna get someone in trouble if it isnt true,but we all know it happens.And it pisses me off.I could say what server and persons corp,but what if i am wrong.Just saying that people do this and maybe if i say something maybe people wont do it again

Wildstar, Dude you really need to think.. First of all I would love to see the logs for that that you mentioned.. I don't doubt what you are saying.. I doubt your understanding. You say that you hit someone for 500K well depending on the edits if you hit me for 500 k of fuel ore you will just graze the paint. If you say that it didn't destroy them then I understand.. But even if it were the sysop.
He/she would have to be EXTREMEly fast to do about 10 things real quick for it not to show in your logs. One of which they would have to edit the dailies, 2 there ship back and what ever they needed back on it. 3 they would have to find some way to edit your personal log. That would be a trick I would love to see.. I am sure that cheating happends but the info that you are giving doesn't hold.. The first thing that people say when they don't understand something is CHEAT. a better understanding of the game may really be in order here.

Understand something.. you can PDROP someone and your cannons never touch them even if they do you need to have it set so that the cannon is hitting for 3 times the amount of damage that you want it to do. IE. 900K fuel ore will do 300K damage in sector. Understand as well that you have to take into account there shields.

as of for not playing a server that you think might be cheating.. I think is rediculous. But that is just me.. I like Oltimers suggestion. Learn the game. Even if you ask someonelse they may not know.. I think you give to much credit to the word SYSOP.. "I asked another sysop and he said something is fishy." Even seasoned sysops (which are few and far in between) like oldtimer said Learn new stuff everytime they play.

No need to blast on me dude.Ask anyone I play in a game with,friend or foe,I do not bitch about loseing at all and I never say a bad word about a game or server besides being slow.And it wasnot the sysop playing in the game,it was a player who is fishy.When you meet me and talk to me you will learn when i say something is funny,it is because I will never lie about a game.IT IS JUST A GAME.I just want it even playing field.

Well to answer everyones question. There was no cheating going on. I can answer every thing that Wildstar said. I am the person that he says is fishy. But I want him and everyone to know the truth. I am not a cheater and do not like cheaters. But Since Wildstar called me a cheater at that game on fed com I want to clear the air with him and everyone. First the game was 4 days old. The truce just went off. Now due to the edits of the game I was able to make 600k figs per day on each planet. There was a planet edit that made 1 to 1 fig production. There was a optimal fuel production of 500k and equ of 500k. Fuel production was 1 to 1 and Equ was 5 to 1. So that equils 600k figs a day per planet. 5 planet max per sector and I had control of a 4 deep bubble. Only used 3 sectors. So if I had every planet maxed out it would make 9 mil figs a day. Needless to say I did not have all planets maxed out. So 900k figs in 4 days is very easy to make. And I was making about 5 mil a day. Second there were 3 members in my corp. I was playing Red ( The only way to go ). My 2 other corp mates were playing blue. Both running colos. I was running supg's wssm scrips, so I was also mapping the universe. It was an unlim game, so I ran 4 days straight. Had all but 3% of the universe mapped. Also, not hard since Supg's wssm does a holo scan. Anyway, there were 2 alien races. Aliens and ferrengi. I had already mapped their space and found their planets. But did not take them yet. I did happen to run across a Ferrengi Scorpion in their space that only had 36k figs on it. Well that was easy to take. This is the ferrengi ship he was talking about. Well if you find ferrengi space you have a better chance of finding Ferrengi ships. Now the next part might be considered a bug, but I believe the sysop set it up. The Ferrengi Scorpion, escape pod was a scorpion also. So when hit me with the planet and did 500k damage I was podded. If wildstar would have checked the logs he would have seen it. But I guess he did not. So I had to go back to Star Dock and buy my holds and shields then go home and fill up my figs. Also while I was in the shipyard change my ship name from gallelo. This was the first time I was podded in that ship. It was then when I learned that the pod was the same as the ship. So what did I do? I went home and allowed a corp mate to cap my ship just to double check. Sure enough I had a scorpion again. So I capped the ship back and we had 3 scorpions now. Each one of us had a Scorpion. After 7 days the scorpions were all over the place, but Wildstar was not playing so he would not have seen them. See Wildstar you have to play to see the ships. I would have told you this but you never asked. And I sure was not going to tell you after you get on fed comm and tell everyone in the game that I am a cheater. So that is the reason I *SD* you. I hate it had to come to this, but I just had to let you know. I think you are a great player and I dont want you to think I would cheat. Well its not a bug Demon, the sysop edited the ship because normally the pod is just like any other pod. Personally I edited my Scorpions to have Dreadnoughts as pods, to get another Scorpion is insane in my opinion because of the very same thing your corp did with them by podding each other. Sounds to me like someone needs to notify the sysop to change this edit unless he wants the game overrun by scorpions on day 3. Not criticizing you for what you did, I would have done the same, the problem is not the players its the edits. I never played in the game your talking about but it sounds like its way over edited and needs an overhaul. This just goes to prove a point that just because you CAN edit something doesnt mean you SHOULD.

1. taking advantage of a games edits when you can is part of playing the game, everybody has the same possibilities.
2. just because your scorpion pod is another scorpion doesn't mean the game is over-edited.

Typical Wildstar....gets Butt kicked then immediatly cries cheat, something doesnt go his way, all of a sudden player broke rules or sysop cheated....and i agree with Alexio
