Coastgames has now moved to being a Closed game environment to help in preventing DUPES. This does not mean a slow process in being added to a game. It is all done web based and you are only limited to your connection speed. On dialup from home yesterday I was added into a game within a minute.

When you go through being added to a game you are also added to a database for that game which will prevent someone from trying to get in again. That table will be emptied every time a game is redone.
